We
use UPS and Federal Express for all of our live Maine lobster shipped for
overnight delivery. Because of volume, we have been given new lower rates for all shipments to all zones.
Place orders before 2:30 P.M. Mon-Fri EST.
Though some lobster stores include delivery or charge less; we still
are the best price and value for our quality hard shell, guaranteed, grade A, lobsters.

Live lobsters delivered to your door. Your lobsters will arrive alive and kicking before
4 P.M.T-F & 10:30 P.M. Saturday for regular zones. Rural areas may take an hour or two longer.
Signature
not required is the best selection for delivery. You will be home
anyway and if you miss the FedEx Delivery man; he will not leave your
shipment. So we send all shipments with no signature required. If you
really want signature required, FedEx charges $4.50 which will be added
to your bill. Sometimes it is best to ship to your place of business or
to a friend if you are worried about the safety of your shipment. But
you are entitled to select signature required if you care to do so. Call
us if you are concerned and we can discuss your options. So far we have
not had any problems with missing shipments in over 25 years shipping
with FedEx and UPS.
You can receive validation of your order with a Routing Number if you include your email in the shipping form, an email
will be sent after shipment of your order informing you of the tracking
number. You are not required to enter your email; it is up to you but
it is good for brief messages during shipping. We do not store any email
or address information nor do we email advertisement campaigns.
Federal Express , UPS or Nepco are responsible for the loss due to delays of acts of nature. Fog, ice, rain and snow can delay delivery. We advise our customers to receive shipments a day before their big event. Leave the cartons closed and place in a refrigerator 42-50 degrees. We pack for 48 hour transit time and the lobsters will still be alive. We use only the hardiest hard shell lobster and they will arrive alive.

CUSTOMERS: THEIR IS A $2 SURCHARGE PER POUND BECAUSE OF INCREASED

NEPCO WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR WEATHER DELAYED SHIPMENTS AND FOR NON-DELIVERY UNDER "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED REQUESTED" IF THE DRIVER RECORDS THE DELIVERY SCAN TIME.
