GUARANTEE POLICY INFORMATION: We guarantee our lobsters to be in prime condition upon delivery. We guarantee all of our lobsters 100%. We actually pack the lobsters for over 48 hours transit. We do request that the lobsters are inspected upon arrival. If there is any damage to the outside carton, please notify our office,  Federal Express or UPS immediately. No claims allowed unless made on the day of delivery. Initiate a claim process by notifying our office @800-872-1578. Our office may request return of items for credit. Do not dispose of any claimed items or the box until notified by our office if a credit is requested. Disposal of items voids guarantee. Place items in the freezer. We will have our delivery agents pick up the questionable product. No credits or refunds are allowed with out following this claim process. Federal Express or UPS will pick up the carton for return on the first viable pick up day. Please inspect your carton for any damage or leakage and notify the driver upon delivery. Any credit for damages must be made the same day as delivery.  You must call the office the day of delivery for damages or email: contact the office
Federal Express, UPS and the New England Provisions takes no responsibility for weather delays or customer errors in shipping. So be sure that your local area will not have adverse weather for delaying delivery.  You will be advised of potential delays. Christmas week delayed orders are not covered by any guarantee. We can not take liability for missing shipments after delivery for "No Signature Deliveries" which is standard throughout the industry. If the Fed Ex driver scans the carton at the time of delivery as delivered to the right address, all claims for nondelivery are void.  Our packaging materials are state of the art and withstand shipping easily. 
Second Day Delivery to save on shipping is available in cool weather if your local area's expected temperature is below 50 degrees for the day of delivery. We have excellent results with both frozen and live lobster delivery using 2nd day delivery in cold weather. However if this option is selected, our guaranteee policy is not in effect for the condition of the products because of heat exposure or delays.
